Bhubaneswar: Law, Works and Excise Minister Prithviraj Harichandan on Friday released an awareness video titled ’20 ka Panikia Re Brudhasrama’ (Old Age Home in 20 Multiplication table).
The video, made by two sisters – Shruti Sulagna, a Class 10 student of PM Shri Radhamohan Jiu Nodal School, and Priti Sulagna, a Class 6 student – conveys the message of respect, love and care towards senior citizens and the duty of children through a multiplication table.
Appreciating the effort, Minister Harichandan said the video is a great example of our responsibility towards the elderly.
“The effort to convey the message of respect, love and care towards senior citizens and the duty of children to the society through multiplication table is commendable,” he said.
The Minister congratulated the two sisters and all artists, lyricists and guardians associated with the production. The lyrics have been penned by Dr. Sanatan Panda.
He appreciated the captivating performances of the young artists, their thoughts and commitment towards art, culture and society, and expressed hope that such an attitude will help in building a civic culture for the future.
