Jaipur: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) on Saturday announced the final results of the Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive Examination-2024 (RAS 2024), with Dinesh Bishnoi from Bhalisar village in Dhorymanna tehsil of Barmer district securing Rank 1 in the state.

Dinesh Bishnoi’s journey to the top is being seen as one marked by determination and perseverance, as he comes from a rural background with limited resources and has overcome multiple challenges through consistent hard work and focus.

His success stands as an example that even without access to major coaching hubs or urban facilities, excellence can be achieved with dedication and discipline.

As soon as the results were declared and Dinesh Bishnoi’s name appeared at the top of the merit list, celebrations erupted across Bhalisar village.

Family members, friends, and villagers gathered to share in the moment, marking a proud milestone for the entire region.

Candidates from the Marwar region have once again demonstrated strong performance, with several aspirants featuring in the top 20.

Dinesh Bishnoi’s achievement has brought special recognition to Barmer, further strengthening its emerging identity in the field of education.

The RPSC displayed notable efficiency this year in completing the examination process.

The interview phase, conducted for 2,461 candidates between December 1, 2025, and April 17, 2026, concluded just a day before the final results were declared on April 18.

Against a total of 1,096 vacancies (428 in State Services and 668 in Subordinate Services), as many as 2,391 candidates have been included in the merit list.

Dinesh Bishnoi’s success has become an inspiration for thousands of aspirants across Rajasthan, particularly those from rural areas.

His journey reinforces the belief that success is not limited by geography or resources, but is driven by perseverance and hard work.

As his family shared, he remained focused on his goal and dedicated himself tirelessly to his preparation.

Candidates can check their results on the official RPSC website.
