+2 Results 2025 Out: Girls Outshine Boys; Total Pass Rate 82.77%

Bhubaneswar: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) has declared the results of the Plus 2 examinations 2025 for Arts, Science, Commerce, and Vocational education streams.

The results were announced by School and Mass Education Minister Nityanand Gond, in the presence of department secretary and CHSE chairperson at the council office.

The overall pass percentage stands at 82.77%. Girls outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 87.24% compared to 77.88% for boys. In terms of stream-wise pass percentages, Arts recorded 80.51%, Science 87.49%, Commerce 83.2%, and Vocational Education 60%.

This time, the pass rate of girls is higher than that of boys. While the pass rate of girls is 87.24%, the pass rate of boys is 77.88%. Meanwhile, the pass percentages in different streams are: 87.49% in Science, 80.51% in Arts, 83.02% in Commerce, and 60.57% in Vocational Education.

Students can download their mark sheets from the DigiLocker website. According to CHSE Chairperson Mrunalkanti Das, students can also obtain their mark sheets from their respective institutions within 30 days of the result declaration.

The candidates will be able to check their results through https://results.odisha.gov.in and https://results.digilocker.gov.in at 5 pm, one hour after the results are declared.

This year, 393,000 students appeared for the Higher Secondary examination. Out of this, 247,000 are in the arts stream, 114,000 in science, 25,000 in commerce and 5,000 in the vocational stream. The examination ended on March 27 this year. The evaluation had begun on April 2 and concluded on May 1.
