Soro: Six students of Model School were injured when the auto-rickshaw they were travelling by overturned at Kochiakoili in Gondibed village in Odisha’s Balasore district on Monday morning.
The accident occurred when an auto carrying six students from Kurunta, Kaliha and Gandiveda villages of Khaira block in Balasore district was going to Adarsh Vidyalaya in Arjunpur for tuition. There were a total of six students in the auto. The auto overturned on the Kochicoili road on the Kupari road. Locals saw the accident and immediately rescued the children.
All the students have been admitted to Khaira Community Health Center (CHC) in a critical condition. Locals have complained that such accidents have occurred due to the bad condition of the Khaira road.
