Bhubaneswar: A boat driver went missing after falling from the boat accidentally in Chilika lake near Krushna Prasad in Puri district.
The boat carrying five tourists went to Magarmuhan from Krushna Prasad in Puri district for dolphin sighting. In the mid-lake, driver Bikram Jali lost his mental balance and fell off the boat.
The tourists screamed in fear as the boat moved in the deep water in a directionless way. Fellow boatmen rushed to the spot and rescued all the tourists.
Efforts are on to rescue the missing boat driver.
