Sambalpur: Passengers of a private bus had a close shave in Odisha’s Sambalpur when the driver of the vehicle lost control over the wheel and the bus crashed against the iron railing beside the railway tracks on Friday morning.
The incident was reported from Laxmi Dunguri in Sambalpur district. Fortunately, no train was scheduled to pass the area at that time.
While no passenger was injured in the incident, train services on the route have been affected. Further details are awaited.
Meanwhile, efforts are on to remove the bus from the accident site with a crane and resume normal train services.
