Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Deputy Chief Ministers Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida extended warm birthday wishes to the Governor of Odisha, Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati, on his special day.
