Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has approved a 2% increase in Dearness Allowance (DA) for government PSU employees in Odisha, taking the total DA to 55% from 53% earlier.
The hike will be implemented retrospectively from January 1, 2025. The decision was made while the Chief Minister was on a visit to Jharsuguda, where he attended to official work late into the night.
