Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has expressed concern over the health condition of Leader of Opposition Naveen Patnaik, who is set to undergo treatment for cervical arthritis in Mumbai.
Majhi took to social media platform ‘X’ to wish Patnaik a smooth and speedy recovery.
“Concerned to know about the illness of Opposition Leader Naveen Patnaik. I pray to Lord Jagannath that his treatment process may complete smoothly and he may recover soon and enjoy good health,” Majhi posted.
Patnaik will be admitted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai on June 22 for treatment of cervical arthritis. He will undergo a procedure under the supervision of his personal doctor, Dr. Ramakant Panda.
The BJD supremo announced this through a post on the social media platform ‘X’, expressing his gratitude to Lord Jagannatha and seeking the blessings of the people of Odisha.
“With the blessings of Lord Jagannatha and good wishes of my brothers and sisters of Odisha, I look forward to returning soon to continue to serve all of you,” he tweeted.
