Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will hold a public grievance hearing in Bhubaneswar on Monday, February 9, providing citizens an opportunity to directly present their complaints and concerns.
The hearing will begin at 10 am at the former Government Primary School near Capital Nursery in Unit-2, Ashok Nagar, officials said.
Online registration for the grievance hearing will commence at 11 am on February 6 and will remain open until a maximum of 1,000 registrations are completed. Interested citizens can register to meet the Chief Minister in person through the Jan Sunani portal or the Jan Sunani mobile application.
Registered participants must be present at the venue at the allotted time and are required to carry their registration acknowledgement receipt, a valid identity proof, and a written copy of their grievance to facilitate the hearing process.
The information was shared by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department, which is coordinating the arrangements for the public interaction.
