Delivery Boy Dies After Coming In Contact With Live Wire In Keonjhar

Bhubaneswar: In a tragic incident, a delivery boy was electrocuted after coming into contact with a live 11 kv wire at Anandapur Sub-division in Keonjhar district on Monday.

The incident resulted in the death of the young man, identified as Sushant Kumar Das (24), from Mangalpur. Two others, Kabindra Das from Padmapur and Ranjan Kumar Sharma from Fakirpura, were seriously injured in the mishap and admitted to Anandapur Sub-Divisional Hospital.

According to reports, the delivery boy and the two others were working when they accidentally touched the live wire, leading to their electrocution.

The incident has sent shockwaves in the community, and the authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
