Doctor Dies Of Heart Attack While On Duty In Balasore

Bhubaneswar: A dedicated doctor died suddenly while attending to patients in the OPD (Outpatient department) at the Nilagiri Sub-divisional Hospital in Balasore district.

The obstetrics and gynaecology specialist, Dr. Trinath Pal, who also headed the blood bank, was taken ill with chest pain and collapsed in the washroom. Despite being rushed to Balasore District Headquarters Hospital, he succumbed to a heart attack en route.

The news has sent shockwaves through the medical community, with colleagues and staff mourning the loss of a valued team member. Dr. Pal’s untimely demise has created a somber atmosphere at Nilagiri Hospital, where he served with distinction
