Deogarh: A female elephant was electrocuted after coming in contact with a live wire at Khilabereni village under Reamal forest range in Deogarh district.
The elephant carcass was found by villagers on Thursday morning. A herd of around 16 elephants was also found in the area. Forest officials have reached the spot.
