Jharsuguda: Flight operations from Jharsuguda’s Veer Surendra Sai Airport to Bhubaneswar and Hyderabad have been suspended from August 17 and will remain halted till October 24, airport authorities said.
According to the Director of Veer Surendra Sai Airport, Star Air was operating flights on both the Jharsuguda-Bhubaneswar and Jharsuguda-Hyderabad routes. The services have been temporarily stopped due to a technical snag.
The Airport Director further stated that the services are expected to resume after October 24.The suspension is likely to cause inconvenience to passengers traveling between western Odisha and the state capital as well as to Hyderabad.
