Bhubaneswar: Light to moderate rain or thundershower with lightning is very likely to affect some parts of Cuttack (including Cuttack City) and Khordha (including Bhubaneswar City) within three hours, according to a nowcast warning issued by the regional centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) here on Saturday at 5.05 PM.
The IMD has issued a ‘Yellow’ alert for these places.
The weather agency has advised people to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
