Bhubaneswar: For the first time, Kataka’s famous Durga Puja and immersion festival will be live streamed for devotees across the world.
Kataka Collector Dattatraya Bhausaheb Shinde informed about the decision. “We have decided to live stream Durga Puja just like Rath Yatra and Bali Yatra. I have discussed this with the Director of the Information and Public Relations Department. He too has agreed and has called his technical team for a day,” Shinde said.
The live telecast will be available on the I & PR Department’s YouTube channel and the district administration’s website, he added.
