Let it be Kapilash Temple in Dhenkanal, Akhandalamani Temple in Bhadrak, or Gupteswar Temple in Koraput, restrictions have been imposed on the gathering of devotees at the shrine.
Dhenkanal district administration has decided not to allow people from other districts and states to visit the Kapilash Temple also known as Chandrashekhar Temple. The administration has made extensive preparations for the jagran (all night vigil. The Maha Deepa will be raised atop the temple at 4.20 AM.
Crowds of devotees from in and out of the state have thronged the Gupteswar Temple in Koraput. Extensive arrangements have been made by the district administration in view of the crowd. The Debottar committee and the ODRAF team are on guard.
