Mahima Gosain Express Derailed Near Sambalpur, All Passengers Safe

Bhubaneswar: The Mahima Gosain Express, a Sambalpur-Shalimar train, narrowly avoided a major accident when one of its coaches derailed near Sambalpur station on Thursday morning around 9:15 am. Fortunately, the incident didn’t result in any injuries or casualties.

According to reports, the train was reportedly heading to Sambalpur from Bhubaneswar when it derailed near Sambalpur City station.

Railway officials and local police quickly responded to the scene, initiating rescue and restoration operations. However, the cause of the derailment is yet to be confirmed.
