Balangir: A minor was allegedly stabbed to death by another minor following a dispute during a card game at Rot village under Agalpur police station in Balangir district, police said.
According to reports, the two minors were playing cards when an argument broke out between them over an unspecified issue. The altercation later escalated, during which one of them allegedly attacked the other with a knife.
The victim sustained serious stab injuries and was subsequently declared dead.
Following the incident, Agalpur police arrested the accused minor and launched an investigation into the circumstances leading to the fatal attack. Police are also probing the exact cause of the dispute and sequence of events.
