Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) on Monday announced a 17-member senior men’s squad for the first two matches of the 2026-27 Ranji Trophy season, with Subhranshu Senapati named captain.
The squad includes four new faces — Om T Munde, Shreyansh Bhardwaj, Soumya Lenka and Sambit Beja — who have been included for the opening two matches of the tournament.
Swastik Samal, Gourav Choudhary, Sandeep Pattnaik and Shantanu Mishra are among the batsmen selected, while Aashirwad Swain and Dinesh Majhi have been named as wicketkeepers.
Ninad Rathva and Sambit Beja are the two all-rounders in the squad.
The pace attack comprises Lalit Yadav, Rajesh Mohanty, Prashant Rana and Soumya Lenka, while Sayed Tufayl Ahmad and Badal Biswal have been included as left-arm spinners.
