Bhubaneswar: The Odisha State Cabinet on Wednesday approved eight key proposals spanning multiple departments at its 39th meeting, chaired by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.
The meeting was held at the conference hall of Lok Seva Bhawan, where senior officials deliberated on proposals aimed at strengthening governance and sectoral development.
Briefing mediapersons after the meeting, Chief Secretary Anu Garg said a total of eight proposals from eight different departments were discussed and approved.
The approved proposals included one each from the Departments of Industries; Electronics & Information Technology; Housing & Urban Development; Works; Commerce & Transport; Revenue & Disaster Management; General Administration & Public Grievance; and Health & Family Welfare.
The decisions are expected to further streamline administrative processes and support development initiatives across key sectors in the state.
