Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s Deputy Chief Ministers Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida, along with Leader of Opposition (LoP) Naveen Patnaik, extended their warmest greetings to the people of the state on the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Tritiya.
In their tweets, the leaders wished for a prosperous and fruitful year for the farmers, seeking the blessings of Lord Jagannath for a favourable Akhimuthi and a bountiful harvest.
Deputy CMs Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida wished for the progress and good harvest for the farming community.
Deputy CM Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo’s tweet reads: “On the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Tritiya and Farmers’ Day, I extend my heartfelt greetings and good wishes to the people of the state. May the blessings of Lord Jagannath bring prosperity and good fortune to the farmers through favourable Akhimuthi. May the good harvest this year further accelerate the flow of happiness and prosperity among farmers. This is my prayer to the Lord.”
“On the sacred occasion of Akshaya Tritiya, heartfelt greetings and congratulations to all. May the blessings of the Great Lord make today’s Akhimuthi favourable and auspicious. May this year bring a good harvest and progress to our farmer brothers”, tweeted Deputy CM Pravati Parida.
Leader of Opposition Naveen Patnaik also echoed similar sentiments, wishing for the farmers’ lives to be filled with joy and prosperity through a bountiful harvest.
His tweet reads: “On the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Tritiya and Akhimuthi Anukula, I extend my heartfelt greetings to the people of the state. May the blessings of the Lord Jagannath bring forth a bountiful harvest, filling the lives of our farmer brothers and sisters with joy and prosperity.”
