Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Higher Education Department has issued a revised notification on the admission process for the Free Residential Civil Services Coaching Programme (2026–27), 4th batch. The programme will provide structured coaching to 200 selected candidates preparing for civil services examinations.
As per the official communication issued by Dr. Dharanidhar Nanda, Additional Secretary to the Government, the department has extended the deadline for submission of the Common Application Form (CAF) and revised the schedule of the Pre-Qualifying Entrance Examination.
The notification has been communicated to the Registrar and Controller of Examinations of Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, which will conduct the selection process.
According to the revised schedule, the online CAF submission has been extended till June 29, 2026 (11:45 PM). Candidates will be allowed to edit their application forms on June 30, 2026, through the official admission portal.
Admit cards will be available from July 8, 2026, on the HIMS Portal and SAMS Portal. The Pre-Qualifying Entrance Examination will be conducted on July 12, 2026 (Sunday).
The provisional answer key will be released on July 13, followed by the objection window from July 15 to July 17. The revised answer key will be published on July 22, 2026.
The category-wise selection list will be submitted by Utkal University to the Higher Education Department by July 27, after which the final selection list will be published. Dates for document verification, admission, and commencement of coaching will be notified later.
