Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Thursday effected a minor reshuffle at the senior bureaucratic level, assigning new responsibilities to two Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers.
According to a notification issued by the GA & PG Department Chithra Arumugam (IAS: RR-1995), who was serving as Additional Chief Secretary to the Government in the Labour & ESI Department and also holding additional charge as Additional Chief Secretary, Science & Technology Department, besides serving as Director General, Training Coordination, Gopabandhu Academy of Administration, has been posted as Director General, Training Coordination, Gopabandhu Academy of Administration. She will continue to hold additional charge as Additional Chief Secretary to the Government, Science & Technology Department.
In another significant posting, Dodda Venkata Swamy (IAS: RR-2001), who has returned from Central deputation, has been appointed as Principal Secretary to the Government, Labour & ESI Department.
