Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Sub-Ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) has announced the re-conduct of the Preliminary Examination for various posts under the Combined Recruitment Examination-2023 (IV). The posts include Revenue Inspector (RI), ICDS Supervisor, Assistant Revenue Inspector (ARI), Amin, and Statistical Field Surveyor (SFS).
According to an official notification, the Preliminary Examination will be held in Computer-Based Recruitment Examination (CBRE) mode, starting from October 8, 2025. The examination may continue until the third week of November 2025, covering all districts across the state.
Candidates can download their Admission Letters by logging into the Commission’s official website, www.osssc.gov.in, using their User ID and Password. While downloading the Admission Letter, candidates are advised to take the Mock Test by clicking on the “Mock Test” link available on the portal.
The Admission Letter will contain details regarding the exam date, venue, shift timing, and exam center. No hard copies will be sent to candidates by post.
As the exam will be conducted on different dates and in multiple shifts with varied question sets, the Commission will use a normalization method to ensure uniform evaluation. The normalization methodology is available on the OSSSC website for candidates’ reference.
The Commission also reserves the right to change the examination dates if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
