Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Vigilance sleuths unearthed assets worth crores during simultaneous searches on properties linked to Sanjay Kumar Kispatta, Executive Engineer of Odisha Construction Corporation Ltd.
Kispatta is currently posted at OCCL, Balangir on deputation to the Lower Suktel Project.
According to Vigilance release, a four-storeyed commercial building with 23 rooms, spread over approximately 8,000 sqft, has been detected so far. The lodge is located on Plot No.71, Khata No.125/2790, Mouza-Kumbha-I, Koraput Town.
Apart from this, officials have also found an under-construction residential house at Kumbha-II in Koraput town, 8 high-value plots — 5 in Koraput town, 2 in Rourkela and 1 in Bhubaneswar, one four-wheeler (Innova Crysta) and one two-wheeler.
The measurement and valuation of the buildings and plots are being carried out by the Vigilance Technical Wing. Assessment of bank deposits, other financial investments and weighment of gold jewellery is also underway.

15 Years Of Service, Started At Rs 9,300 Salary
Vigilance also shared service details of Kispatta. Born in1986, Kispatta joined government service in 2011 as an Assistant Engineer under the Water Resources Department at Narayanpatna Block, Koraput district on a consolidated salary of Rs 9,300 per month. He was regularized in 2016 and continued at Narayanpatna till 2018. From 2018 to 2021 he served as Assistant Executive Engineer at Potangi Block, Koraput. Between 2021 and February 2025, he was posted as AEE at ITDA, Koraput. On March 6, 2026 he was promoted to Executive Engineer and posted at OCC Ltd., Bhubaneswar. He was later deputed to OCC Ltd., Bolangir where he is currently serving. Kispatta has served nearly 15 years in Koraput district.
