Nayagarh: The body of a peon working at the Lenkudipada Gram Panchayat Office under Nayagarh Town police station, was found hanging inside the office premises.
The deceased has been identified as Rabindra Behera.
As per reports, Behera had been serving in the panchayat office for several years. He is survived by his wife and four young daughters. The exact reason behind the suicide is yet to be ascertained.
Police are investigating whether it was due to family problems or any other personal issues. The body was recovered by the police in a hanging position from the panchayat office.
