Bhubaneswar: East Coast Railway introduce modern LHB coaches in the Puri-Patna-Puri Express, enhancing passenger comfort, safety and the overall travel experience.
Train No. 18405/18406 Puri–Patna Jn–Puri Express will run with the modern LHB coach composition with effect from 5 September 2026 from Puri and 6 September 2026 from Patna.
The upgraded train will comprise one Luggage-cum-Generator-cum-Brake Van, one Luggage-cum-Divyang-friendly Coach, four General Class Coaches, eight Sleeper Class Coaches, three Third AC Coaches and one Second AC Coach.
The introduction of modern LHB coaches is part of East Coast Railway’s continued efforts to upgrade train services and provide passengers with a safer, more comfortable and superior journey.
