Bhubaneswar: The body of a post-graduation student was found hanging from a tree at Udala in Mayurbhanj district today.
The deceased has been identified as Rekha Khandei, a resident of Raibania village within Udala police limits.
As per reports, Rekha was pursuing her postgraduation studies at Ravenshaw University in Cuttack. She had returned home four days before the incident. Rekha was found dead hanging from a mango tree in her village under mysterious circumstances.
Meanwhile, Udala police have initiated an investigation, but the circumstances surrounding her death remain unclear.
