Bhubaneswar: Senior IPS officer Dayal Gangwar has been placed under suspension by the state government.
Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi suspended Dayal Gangwar, who was serving as Officer on Special Duty in the Home Department.
The IPS officer had been in controversy in connection with the Balianta Soumyaranjan lynching case.
