Bhubaneswar: The S N Mohanty Group has contributed Rs 1 crore to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) in support of the ongoing flood relief and rehabilitation efforts in the state.
The Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) informed about it on X. Officials of the SN Group met Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi at Lok Seva Bhawan and handed over the cheque of Rs 1 crore.
The donation comes at a time when several districts in Odisha are grappling with the impact of heavy rainfall and rising water levels, which have disrupted lives and livelihoods in many areas.
By contributing to the CMRF, the SN Group has extended its support to the state government’s efforts in providing timely assistance and rehabilitation to those affected by the natural calamity.
The donation underscores the company’s commitment to standing with the people of Odisha during challenging times.
