Bhubaneswar: The Higher Education Department of the Odisha government on Saturday issued the notification for admission to the three-year Bachelor of Laws (LLB) course in various institutions across the state for the 2026-27 academic session.
According to the notification, eligible candidates can submit their online applications through the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) portal from 4 pm on July 18 until 11.45 pm on July 30.
The department said the first selection merit list will be published at 2 pm on August 6. Candidates selected in the first round can complete their admission process between August 7 and August 11.
The second selection merit list is scheduled to be released at 2 pm on August 17. Candidates shortlisted in the second round will be required to report for admission between August 18 and August 20.
The academic session for the three-year LLB programme is set to commence on August 21.
Odisha currently has a total of 390 seats for the three-year LLB course across four institutions functioning under the Higher Education Department.
