Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has decided that Vinaytosh Mishra, DGP, CID, Crime Branch will hold the additional charge of Director General of Police, Head of Police Force, after the retirement of the current DGP Y.B. Khurania on 16 August, 2026.
Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has approved the proposal. Mishra will continue to hold the additional charge of DGP with effect from 16 August, 2026, until further orders. Y.B. Khurania is scheduled to retire on 16 August, 2026.
