Sundargarh: A youth was found dead with his throat slit at Babupada village under Dharuadihi police limits in Odisha’s Sundargarh district.
The deceased has been identified as Bhimsen Kamar of Ledhimang village under Dharuadihi tehsil.
According to reports, locals spotted the body an open field on Sunday morning and informed the police. On being informed, Dharuadihi police and Sundargarh SDPO Himanshu Bhusan Behera reached the spot and inititated a probe into the incident.
Primary investigation suggests that the youth was killed by slitting his throat with a sharp weapon. An investigation is underway to ascertain the motive behind the murder and to nab the accused.
