Bhubaneswar: A woman was injured after falling off her scooty during a chain snatching incident in Nayapalli area of Bhubaneswar on Wednesday.
Reportedly, the woman identified as Swapna Singh had gone to drop her daughter at a school when three miscreants arrived on a black Pulsar and snatched her gold chain.
As a result, the scooty she was travelling on went out of control and she met with an accident. She has sustained severe injuries to her head. The incident has raised questions over the law and order situation in the city.
