Keonjhar: Cattle smugglers opened fire on a team of Special Task Force (STF) of the Crime Branch after being intercepted while smuggling the animals in five containers near Judia ghati in Keonjhar on Wednesday.
The STF team also fired two rounds in retaliation and managed to overpower drivers of two containers, while three others managed to flee. Two containers have been seized and the drivers detained for interrogation.
