Brahmapur/Gopalpur: Odisha Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati on Tuesday inaugurated the much-awaited Gopalpur Beach Festival, emphasising the importance of coastal regions like Gopalpur in promoting tourism, culture, and economic development.
