Bhubaneswar: The depression, remnant of Very Severe Cyclonic Storm Arnab, weakened into a well marked low pressure area over central Chhattisgarh and adjoining Odisha, IMD said on Wednesday evening.
The depression over central Chhattisgarh and adjoining Odisha moved nearly northwards and weakened into well marked low pressure area over central parts of Chhattisgarh and adjoining Odisha.
It is very likely to continue to move north-northeastwards and weaken further into a low pressure area over northeast Chhattisgarh and neighbourhood during next 24 hours, IMD said.
