BJB College Declares UG Results With 95.4% Pass Rate; Women Outshine Men

Bhubaneswar: BJB Autonomous College in Bhubaneswar has declared the results of its undergraduate (UG) examinations for the year, with an overall pass percentage of 95.4%.

A total of 849 students had appeared for the exams, out of which 810 successfully passed. Female students recorded a pass percentage of 97.66%, significantly ahead of their male counterparts, who achieved a pass percentage of 93.11%.

Monali Samal, with an impressive CGPA of 9.69 in the Science stream, was declared the Best Graduate of the year. In the Commerce stream, Bijayalaxmi Makadam secured the highest CGPA of 9.35, while Jogeswar Dash topped the Arts stream with a CGPA of 9.60.

The stream-wise performance also reflected consistent academic strength, with the Science stream registering a 96.13% pass rate, Arts 95.55%, and Commerce 94.60%. The college announced the results for both regular and self-financing UG courses within 20 days of the completion of exams. The final examination concluded on May 2, 2025.

College authorities have informed that students can access detailed statistics, along with downloadable grade sheets and mark sheets, from the official website, www.bjbcollege.in. They have also been advised to collect the hard copies of their certificates from their respective departments.
