Bhubaneswar: Chief Administrator of Shree Jagannath Temple, Puri has formally invited Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi to the world-famous Rath Yatra-2026.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister was extended a special invitation to participate in the grand chariot festival of Lord Jagannath.
While reviewing the preparations for the upcoming Rath Yatra, Chief Minister Majhi emphasised the need for better coordination between the temple administration and the temple servitors to ensure the smooth and disciplined conduct of the Rath Yatra. He advised maintaining excellent coordination with the servitors so that the rituals and traditions are carried out with proper sanctity and order.
Besides, the meeting focused on reviewing the ongoing preparations for the Rath Yatra, with the Chief Minister stressing that all arrangements should be made in a coordinated manner for the successful completion of the festival.
This invitation and review meeting hold significance as the state government and temple administration gear up for one of the largest religious events in the country.
