SJTA Employees Celebrate ‘Odia Pakhya’ By Donning Traditional Attire

Puri: On the occasion of “Odia Pakhya”, employees and officials of the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) wore traditional handloom attire to celebrate ‘Ama Posaka Ama Parichaya’ (Our Attire, Our Identity) Day.

The Odisha government has urged people to participate in various programs during the digital edition of Odia Pakhya-2025, which aims to promote Odia language, literature, culture, and traditions, while honoring the contributions of Odisha’s great personalities.

The celebration, which began on April 1, will continue until April 14. The state government has planned various initiatives to spread awareness about Odia culture and traditions, encouraging people to participate and take pride in promoting the rich Odia heritage.
