Cuttack: In a timely operation, the Railway Protection Force (RPF) in Cuttack rescued 59 minor boys from Bihar who were being brought to Odisha allegedly for admission into a madrasa.

Childline was immediately informed .During preliminary inquiry, the boys revealed that they belonged to poor families from villages in Araria district, Bihar.
They had travelled from Araria to Katihar by local train and then to Howrah, where they were met by a person identified as Maulana Mahamd Akhlad. The group then boarded the Dhauli Express to reach Cuttack. The children stated they were promised free religious education, accommodation, and food in a madrasa in Odisha, as education in Bihar was expensive.
