Bhubaneswar: With no sign of winter in Odisha yet, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Thursday predicted possibility of light to moderate rain/thunderstorm at one or two places in Mayurbhanj, Keonjhargarh, Balasore, Koraput, Malkangiri, Nabarangpur, and Nuapada and dry weather in the rest districts of the state.
