Bhubaneswar: The 41st meeting of the Odisha State Cabinet was held on Monday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi at the Conference Hall of Lok Seva Bhawan.
Following the meeting, Chief Secretary Anu Garg briefed the media on the decisions taken by the Cabinet.
A total of 10 proposals from five departments were discussed and approved during the meeting. The approved proposals are aimed at strengthening infrastructure, industrial growth, urban development, water resource management, tourism promotion and revenue administration in the state.
According to the Chief Secretary, the Cabinet approved two proposals of the Industries Department, four proposals of the Housing and Urban Development Department, two proposals of the Water Resources Department, one proposal of the Revenue Department and one proposal of the Tourism Department.
The decisions reflect the State Government’s continued focus on accelerating economic growth, improving urban infrastructure, enhancing public services and promoting investment opportunities across Odisha.
Detailed notifications and implementation guidelines for the approved proposals are expected to be issued by the concerned departments in due course.
