Bhubaneswar: Miscreants looted cash worth lakhs from Odisha Gramya Bank at Khaprapada Square under Baliapal police limits in Balasore district late Sunday night.
As per reports, the miscreants reportedly broke open the window of the bank with the help of gas cutters and committed the crime. The theft came to light thanks to locals who noticed the broken window and informed the bank authorities in this regard. However, the exact amount of cash stolen from the bank is yet to be ascertained.
Upon being informed, police rushed to the spot and began a manhunt to nab the culprits.
